From the Software (for licensing & security)

License key (to verify access)

Device identifier (to bind license to your device)

IP address (for security & abuse prevention)

Session timestamps (start/stop/heartbeat for active session control)

Basic app logs related to activation, errors, and performance

We do not collect your trading account credentials, balances, or personal financial data.

3) Why we collect it (lawful bases)

To fulfill the contract: issue licenses, verify activation, and provide updates & support.

Legitimate interests: prevent abuse (key sharing, fraud), maintain service security and reliability.

Legal compliance: record-keeping as required by applicable law.

4) How we use your data

Generate and assign a valid license to your purchase

Activate the Software on your device and manage active sessions

Provide product updates, important notices, and support replies

Detect and prevent unauthorized use or abuse

Improve stability and security of the Software and licensing server

We do not sell your personal data.

Licensing records (license key, device bind, session logs): retained for as long as your license is active and for a reasonable period afterward (typically up to {{RETENTION PERIOD, e.g., 24 months}}) for fraud prevention and audit.

Support emails/logs: retained as needed to resolve your request and for quality purposes.

When retention ends, we securely delete or anonymize the data.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (restricted access, encryption in transit, hardened servers) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we continuously improve safeguards.
