zeroapp (we, us, or our) provides the mobile game **Color Rush: Shuttle Escape** (the Game). This Privacy Policy explains what information the Game handles, why it is used, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you.

## 2. Information handled by the Game

- **Player name:** You choose a display name. The Game checks it locally for inappropriate language. Your approved name may appear on the public campaign leaderboard.

- **Age:** You enter an age during setup. The age is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our leaderboard.

- **Consent choices:** Where required, Google's User Messaging Platform records your advertising privacy choices.

Please do not use your real full name, email address, phone number, or other sensitive information as your public player name.

### Game and account information

To provide leaderboard features, the Game uses Firebase Authentication to create an anonymous player account. We may process:

- an anonymous Firebase user ID;

- your public player name;

- campaign score;

- completed-level count and last completed level;

- best score and stars for completed levels;

- server timestamps used to update and protect leaderboard records.

Other progress, including coins, unlocked vehicles, selected vehicle, settings, tutorial state, daily progress, and saved campaign state, is stored locally on your device.

### Advertising, device, and diagnostic information

The Game uses Google AdMob to display ads and Google's User Messaging Platform to manage consent where required. Depending on your region, consent choices, device settings, and the ad served, Google and its partners may process information such as:

- IP address;

- device and advertising identifiers;

- interactions with the Game and ads;

- diagnostic and performance information;

- approximate location inferred from an IP address;

- consent status and privacy choices.

### Security information

Firebase App Check and related Google services may process device or app integrity signals to help prevent abuse, cheating, and unauthorized access. These signals are used for security and are not displayed on the leaderboard.

## 3. Android permissions

The Game requests:

- **Internet and network state:** for Firebase leaderboard services, privacy consent, and advertising;

- **Vibration:** for optional gameplay feedback.

The Game does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, or precise location.

## 4. How we use information

We use information to:

- create and maintain your anonymous player identity;

- save and display campaign leaderboard results;

- operate game features and remember local preferences;

- show ads and deliver optional ad rewards;

- manage advertising consent and privacy options;

- detect fraud, cheating, abuse, and technical problems;

- improve stability and performance;

- comply with legal obligations.

## 5. Public leaderboard

Your chosen player name, campaign score, completed-level progress, and leaderboard position may be visible to other players. Do not include personal or sensitive information in your player name.

## 6. Sharing and service providers

We use Google Firebase Authentication, Google Cloud Firestore, Firebase App Check or Google Play Integrity, Google AdMob, and Google User Messaging Platform.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or our services, or during a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising providers may process or share identifiers and ad interaction data as described above and under applicable privacy law.

## 7. Legal bases and consent

Where applicable, we process information to provide the Game, pursue legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, comply with law, or based on your consent. When consent is required for personalized advertising, the Game presents Google's consent flow. You may review available ad privacy choices from the Privacy & Data section in the Game.

## 8. Retention

Local game data remains on your device until you clear the app's storage, uninstall the Game, or use the in-game deletion option.

Online leaderboard records remain while your anonymous account is active. When the in-game **Delete Player Data** process completes successfully, the Game deletes the campaign level records, campaign leaderboard summary, legacy leaderboard summary associated with the current anonymous account, and then deletes that anonymous Firebase account.

Service providers may retain limited security, fraud-prevention, backup, consent, or legal records for periods described in their own policies or required by law.

## 9. Your choices and deletion rights

You may change available advertising privacy choices, avoid optional rewarded ads, and remove local and online player data through **Settings > Privacy & Data > Delete Player Data**.

Deleting player data is permanent. It removes the records associated with the current anonymous account and resets local profile and progress after successful deletion. A new anonymous account may be created if you use online features again.

## 10. Children

The Game is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL].

## 11. Security and international processing

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including Firebase security rules and service integrity checks, to protect information. No system is completely secure. Google and other service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their legal safeguards.

## 12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, service providers, or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and publish the revised version at the Privacy Policy URL.
